This work is especially for people who look like they are coping while feeling wired, tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected underneath. You may be managing work, family life, deadlines, or the constant pace of modern life, and still feel like your system never properly switches off.
You might call it stress. You might call it burnout. You might just know that you do not feel like yourself, and that pushing through has stopped working the way it used to.
The programme is designed to be practical, adaptable, and flexible to the person in front of me. That includes people with busy lives, inconsistent energy, ADHD, anxiety, sensory sensitivity, or a long-standing frustration with wellness approaches that assume you can simply choose to be calmer. The aim is not to force you into someone else's version of calm. It is to help you work with your own system more effectively.
What this is and what it is not.
This is not talking therapy. You will not be asked to endlessly analyse your past or turn every session into emotional excavation.
This is a structured one-to-one mindfulness and breathwork programme focused on helping you regulate stress, improve your relationship with your body and breath, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life. Because the work is one-to-one, it can be adapted to your pace, your needs, and what is actually happening in your life.
This work can sit alongside therapy, coaching, or other support. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, but it can be a useful complement to it.
