What the sessions involve

Two approaches. One goal.

Both breathwork and mindfulness are used here as practical tools for nervous system regulation. The difference is in the method and the pace, not the outcome. Neither requires any prior experience.

Buteyko & Mindfulness · approx. 45 minutes

What the breathwork programme involves

Online · One-to-one · Via Google Meet

The breathwork programme is built primarily around the Buteyko method: a structured, evidence-informed approach to breathing that works by restoring nasal breathing patterns, improving CO2 tolerance, and calming the nervous system at a physiological level. It is not about deep breathing or dramatic release. It is quiet, controlled, and precisely the opposite of intensive.

Mindfulness practices are woven throughout, giving you a complementary set of tools for attention and regulation that reinforce the breathing work between sessions. The focus throughout is practical: techniques you can use in real situations, not just during a session.

Mindfulness · approx. 45 minutes

What mindfulness sessions involve

Online · One-to-one · Via Google Meet

Mindfulness sessions take a steadier, body-based approach. Using attention, orientation, and body awareness practices, they are designed for people who want regulation skills without the physical intensity of breathwork, or who simply prefer to build at a slower pace.

The practices are trauma-aware and choice-based throughout. You are always in control of where your attention goes and how deeply you engage with any given practice. Sessions follow a consistent structure, making it easier to build on what you learn between sessions and to track genuine progress.

Who this is for

These sessions suit a specific kind of person.

Not everyone who struggles with stress or regulation needs the same thing. The clients who get the most from these sessions tend to share a few things in common.

01

You are managing chronic stress or burnout

You know how to perform. You have been doing it for years. What you are looking for is something practical that works when you actually need it, not something that adds another item to your to-do list. You are less interested in theory than in tools.

02

You are neurodivergent and want regulation tools

Standard advice rarely fits. If your nervous system runs differently, whether through ADHD, autism, or simply a sensitivity that others do not seem to share, you need approaches that account for that. These sessions are built to be flexible, non-judgmental, and genuinely useful.

03

You want something body-based and practical

Talk therapy has its place. But some of what you are carrying does not respond to talking about it. These sessions work through the body, using techniques you can apply in real time, without waiting for your next appointment or perfect conditions.

Complete Pathway Mindfulness · Six sessions

Mindfulness-Only Programme

6-session programme · approx 45 mins each · €300

A complete six-session programme built around attention training, body awareness, and present-moment practice. Where breathwork activates, this approach steadies. Sessions work with grounding, orientation, and awareness techniques that build reliable regulation skills without asking your nervous system to do more than it can handle right now.

The pace is deliberate. The structure is clear. And the people who get the most from it are not those who simply cannot do breathwork. They are the people for whom a quieter, more internal approach genuinely works better. That is a different thing.

€300
  • Six one-to-one mindfulness sessions via Google Meet
  • Trauma-aware, choice-based practices throughout
  • Structured progression over six weeks
  • PDF guides and exercises between sessions
  • 5-minute Reset guided meditation (audio)
  • 10-minute Body Scan guided meditation (audio)
  • 10-minute Box Breathing guided meditation (audio)
  • Custom 10-minute guided meditation recorded for you personally (audio)

Well suited to people managing anxiety, burnout, or trauma-adjacent material who need something grounded and non-activating. Also the right choice if you are already in therapy and want a complementary skills-based practice that does not add more intensity to an already full system.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions, answered plainly.

Do I need any prior experience with breathwork or meditation?
No. Most people who come to sessions have little or no formal background in either. Sessions start from wherever you are and build from there. You will not be asked to perform or demonstrate anything, and there is no right or wrong way to show up.
What does a session actually look like?
Sessions run online via Google Meet. After a brief check-in, most of the session is guided practice, followed by time to discuss what came up and what to take away. The structure is consistent across sessions but the content adapts to where you are each week. You do not need to prepare anything in advance.
How does the pricing compare to other options?
A meditation app costs around €60 to €80 a year and works for some people. If it worked for you, you probably would not be here. Group wellness workshops run anywhere from €40 to €150 for a half-day with 15 other people. What you are paying for here is one-to-one time, a structured programme built around your specific situation, bespoke guided audio recordings you keep afterwards, and the kind of accountability that actually changes behaviour rather than just intentions.

The Foundation Basics programme works out at around €73 per session. Each session includes personalised guided practice, materials between sessions, and the custom meditation recording. For context, a single session with a psychologist or therapist typically runs €80 to €150 in Ireland. This is not therapy, but the investment is comparable and the format is similar. Whether it is worth it depends entirely on whether you commit to the between-session practice. The people who do see real results. The people who treat it like a passive experience tend not to.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. These sessions are not therapy, and they are not a substitute for clinical care. If you are in crisis or require psychiatric or psychological support, please speak to your GP or a qualified mental health professional.

That said, for many people this work sits particularly well alongside therapy. If you are already working with a therapist for mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, or emotional regulation difficulties, breathwork and mindfulness can complement that work directly. Your therapist works on the underlying material; these sessions give you practical tools for managing your nervous system in between. The two approaches often reinforce each other well.

There are situations where it would not be appropriate to proceed, and those would be identified on the screening call. But for most people already engaged in therapy, this is an addition to your support, not a replacement for it.
Is this suitable if I have anxiety or a trauma history?
Breathwork can be contraindicated in some cases, including certain cardiovascular conditions and some experiences of dissociation or acute trauma. The free 15-minute call is partly there to screen for this. The Mindfulness-Only Programme is specifically designed for people who need a steadier, less activating approach. If you have any concerns, bring them to the initial call and we can work out what makes sense for your situation.
How do I know if the mindfulness-only programme is right for me?
The mindfulness-only programme is not a fallback for people who cannot do breathwork. It is a distinct methodology that suits a specific kind of person. You are likely a good fit if you prefer a quieter, more internal way of working; if your nervous system is already running hot and you need something that steadies rather than activates; if you are managing anxiety, burnout, or trauma-adjacent material and want a structured practice that does not add more intensity; or if you have tried meditation before and found it useful but want more structure and accountability than an app provides.

Some people choose it as their first programme and never feel the need for breathwork at all. Others use it alongside therapy as a complementary skills practice. Both are completely valid starting points. If you are genuinely unsure, the free call is the right place to work it out.
What do I need to take part?
Sessions run on Google Meet. No account or download is required. You will need a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a reasonably private space to sit. That is it.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes. Sessions rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice are changed at no charge. Requests with less than 48 hours notice are handled on a case-by-case basis. The booking confirmation sets out the full terms.
How do I know which programme is right for me?
That is exactly what the free 15-minute call is for. You do not need to decide before you get in touch. We will talk through what you are dealing with, what you have tried before, and what looks like the most sensible starting point. There is no pressure to book anything on the call itself.
What is the difference between Foundation Basics and the Full Bundle?
The content is identical. Foundation Basics is the first three-session Buteyko and mindfulness programme. Advanced Consolidation is the three-session follow-on. The Full Bundle combines both into one continuous six-session pathway at €400, saving €40 compared to booking them separately at €220 each. The only difference is timing and commitment: the bundle is for people who already know they want the full pathway and prefer to commit upfront. If you want to try the first three sessions before deciding whether to continue, Foundation Basics is the right starting point.
Do you offer corporate or group sessions?
Yes. Workplace wellbeing workshops and corporate programmes are available for teams and organisations, covering nervous system regulation, stress management, and breathwork for performance. These are delivered as group sessions and can be tailored to your organisation's needs. Full details are on the Organisations and HR page.
