About Cian
Here's Where I'm Coming From...

I'm Dublin-born and based in Wicklow. Before moving into this work, I spent years in corporate environments, working in a constant "always-on" culture with little space to recover.
Over time, that pace took a toll. Anxiety and low mood became part of daily life, and like many people, my instinct was to push through and keep going. As a neurodivergent person, I was also navigating systems that didn't suit how I process stress, often without fully understanding why things felt harder than they seemed for others.
What made the difference wasn't stepping away from responsibility or making drastic changes. It was learning practical, grounded skills, particularly around breathing, attention, and nervous system regulation, that changed how I respond under pressure and how quickly I recover.
That experience shapes how I work today.
I focus on simple, evidence-informed tools that help people stay regulated, focused, and resilient in demanding environments. This isn't about quick fixes or eliminating stress entirely. It's about learning how to work with it, and recover more effectively when it shows up.

How I Work
I'm not a talk therapist. I work with practical tools you can use in the middle of a demanding, busy life.
I've sat where you're sitting, in a high-pressure environment, carrying more than you let on, and trying to keep up by pushing through. What I offer comes from learning how to work with stress rather than constantly fighting against it.
My approach is simple, grounded, and built for real life. You don't need hours each day to meditate or overhaul your routine.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or constantly running on empty, I focus on evidence-informed tools that support regulation, focus, and recovery under pressure.
The goal isn't to eliminate stress. It's to help you respond to it differently and recover more effectively when it shows up.
